June 10th report

Mother nature has left us some cold water offshore 42 degrees to be exact. That provides us with great steelhead action off the planer boards on the surface.  The cold water out deep keeps the steelhead and a few salmon from venturing beyond. My group on this past saturday  had over 40 bites these awesome jumpers. The lake trout were coming off the planer boards , and a few salmon as well. Hopefully the winds we are getting this week doesn’t mess things up for that deep water bite. If it doe’s the inside chew has been steady as could be. This is another year to remember.
