2017 season is a month away (april)

This winter was wimpy by all accounts which i’m ok with. No ice fishing to speak of, that stinks. Well one thing that is good about this winter is the water will be warming up faster then normal, which in turn makes for a awesome bite in the spring. For those of you that have not experienced a spring bite on the brown trout, your missing out BIGTIME. There are many days with 30 plus bites, tons of action. If you are not fighting a fish you will netting one, or setting more lines out. There are some trophy fish to be had, 15lbs or more. Salmon are lurking just out a little deeper. For those of you who have fished spring time know what i am talking about. I have 2 new motors this year along with new props, she should be a very happy boat. March is just around the corner.
