April bite

The past two weeks have had some tough conditions. Mother nature has been blowing the river water (which is muddy) one way then the other. Just when you get some good colored water to fish it all changes.  Find the water color the fish like and you will have a ball. The king salmon are starting to show their face around here. We got our first of the year king salmon,  a fat 12lb 2yr old . The browns are biting in good numbers and the coho’s  have been a little on the small side but they will get fat quick. We have caught several spawned out steelhead as well. Things will only get better. Call me if you are interested in a date.
