Fishing 3/31 4/1

We fished for a 5 hour trip and caught 8 for 12 bites. There was a small pocket of good water to fish that made things tough. We had 1 lake trout ant the rest were browns. The next day was windy with snow squalls. This made the water rough and churned up to the point where the fish cant even see it. We had 4 bites and landed 2 for another short 5hr trip. (thank god) I am looking forward to these fish lighting up real soon. Maybe they need some warm weather this year to do so, i will take it.
