Well here we are in late july so soon. Seems that we were scratching the shoreline for browns just last month. Actually we were, the water is just starting to warm up enough to get the browns out of the shallows. The brownie bite has been awesome with a few salmon in the mix. Lake trout are very fat from all the bait that is around, and have been cooperating nicely. The offshore salmon and steelhead bite is there to be had. You put your time in out in the wild blue yonder and you will end up with a good box of fish. The inshore salmon are showing up more and more everyday. Mother needs to be nice to us like she has been. Things are looking fantastic for august. There has been a 37lb salmon caught in Canada, they are on their way. Talk to you soon.
