The month of july has been interesting to say the least. We have had alot of n.e. winds which bring in cold water up high in the water column. Big kings dont really care for that, steelheadsĀ love it. The brownies get up close to shore and feed heavily. T0 sum it up, the fish have been scrambled around with these winds. The waters offshore have been stable and so has the fishing. We have been catching 2 and 3yr old salmon as well as some big steelhead. By the end of the first week of august there will be salmon around regardless of the messed up waters. They will be feeding heavily to get ready for thier spawning run. I fished the sodus proam from 7/18/ 19 and took first place. Finally after 3, 2nds, 1, 5th and 1 7th we won. Stay tuned
